feedbackLink.html Shortcode

This partial helps with making the feedback link at the end of posts. It builds upon my previous attempt at this. If you don’t want the footer to show, set hideFoot in the frontmatter to true. It used to be a shortcode, but 🤷🏾‍♂️.

It looks ugly but this is to prevent percent encoding, which would prevent the email’s body and subject form showing up when you click the email link.
