I’ve been in this guys situation and it really sucks and COVID didn’t help either. The only thing that worked was being offered the job sight unscreened. If you’re a CS grad, I’d recommend looking for jobs as soon as senior year starts and don’t limit yourself to the country you’re studying in. You should also stay humble and realize that the job application process takes longer than you’d hope it would.
